Seaham Hall has launched a new seasonal menu. Situated on the stunning Durham Heritage Coast, Seaham Hall has long been renowned for its hospitality and with its latest culinary addition, it continues to elevate its status as a premier destination for guests.

Taking inspiration from the breathtaking coastal surroundings, chef Damian Broom showcases a variety of seasonal dishes, highlighting the use of local ingredients and fresh seafood.

Couples can indulge in a decadent three-course menu and choose from a variety of dishes that change with the seasons. Highlights of the new menu include prawn ravioli with sparl brae mussels, salt- aged duck and free-dive scallops from the Isle of Mull.
