Langley Castle Hotel is focusing on vow renewals

Langley Castle Hotel, where couples from across the country have flocked to say their vows since 1995 when civil marriages first became possible, is getting enquiries about vow renewal ceremonies linked to big anniversaries.

Couples are currently focused on celebrating their 20th, 25th or 30th anniversaries in 2025. To ensure these can be as special as possible, Langley Castle is putting special focus on its vow renewal offering.

The wedding team is regularly offering show rounds that allow 90s and noughties couples to view changes at Langley Castle introduced since their wedding day and decide on their renewal preferences.

The castle’s weddings and events coordinator, Katie Livingstone-Evans Lowes, said: “Our renewal of vows weddings can be as simple or as grand as couples desire. They can make a special re-commitment privately or renew vows in front of guests, who can enjoy food and other entertainment. It’s entirely down to personal preference, and we can arrange virtually anything, from alpacas to bagpipe players, or just champagne for two served in our summerhouse.”

The Langley Castle Hotel team is planning an anniversary countdown event in April 2024 to celebrate.
