The Quayside Exchange is a historic Grade II listed wedding venue located close to the heart of Sunderland city centre. Boasting large Georgian windows with beautiful views over the River Wear, the front of the building is tastefully decorated with colourful plants and benefits from a large arched glass entrance. Outside, at the back of the venue, you'll also discover a spacious private terrace.
   Marry in The Grand Room, which lives up to it name. Hosting up to an impressive 250 guests, if you imagine the fairytale wedding room you've been looking for for your whole life, then this is the room for you. There's also the contemporary Tempest Suite, complete with mezzanine area and a stylish central bar (220 guests), or the beautiful Vaulted Suite, with original exposed brick walls, crystal chandeliers and concealed lighting (120 guests). The Vault also leads straight on to a private riverside terrace, creating a perfect suite to wow your guests.
